If there was a General Election coming up, who would you vote for?

How important an issue would health policy be in deciding for whom you cast your vote?  What do you think of the various parties' current stance and/or record on health?  Do you see the NHS being a major election issue?

I think in the next election we will see a huge swing away from Labour, not only because of their record on health, but because Blair and his "new Labourites" have betrayed the nation on so many fronts.  And I don't think David Cameron's Conservatives will make any huge gains from disillusioned Labour voters, which will make life interesting.

I'm not going to make predictions other than that, if people make an electoral stand on the issue of the NHS, it will give the government a bloody nose.  They don't want to be fighting against NHS anti-cuts candidates, which is all the more reason why we should!
